Cara Hebert: After going to high school in London, I admit: I'm a bit of a beer snob. I was exposed to the vast amounts of European beers at a much earlier age than I probably should disclose for legal reasons. When I moved to Boston for college I chalked up the overwhelming amount of PBR and Budlite to the lifestyle of poor college students on a budget. Yet I'm horrified to see, that money or not, when given a giant list of beers to choose from, the average American will still choose the watered down lite beer he's familiar with.
